Wow, I never thought about that haha It’s just a coincidence. I chose those names because I liked them. Jameer Nelson is a basketball player, and I was watching alot of games while I was doing some pre-writing, so I’m sure that had something to do with it. Also, when I was a teenager, I was fascinated by the experimental film, “Renaldo And Clara” and that’s what I was thinking about when creating her character. That’s still an interesting observation you’ve made, because each of them have parts of me as far as things said, and behavior. Good question.
